Review of Captain America: Civil War (2016) by Jonny C — 06 May 2018
Perhaps the strongest film in the MCU yet which combines the best of both the Avengers and Winter Soldier. It fulfills an interesting arc for the captain, taking him from a company man to a man against the system and dives into the superhero convention of not being able to let go of the past in a meaningful way.
This is Marvel at its finest. Thrilling and with plenty of heart.
