Instead of a proper third Captain America installment to follow up The First Avenger and The Winter Soldier, we get yet another "Avengers Junior" film that feels like nothing more than a gigantic Phase Three trailer and it is only saved by Boseman's Black Panther.
Marvel's Civil War is a Civil Bore.
