I've always had a soft spot for this movie, even though its not even close to being a faithful adaption of Captain America. It's cheap and ridiculous, but for being such a low budget glorified made for TV movie, it could have been a lot worse.

Bering a hardcore Cap fan I could point out a boat load of errors and just flat out made up foolishness, but being that its been the only Captain America movie for a good 20 years it's just fun to watch for that sake that its a Captain America movie.

The only thing that was done flawlessly was the portrayal of The Red Skull, even though he was combined with Baron Zemo, the make up for him was beyond cool. Of course when "The First Avenger" comes out this will just be gutter trash.

Its not even close to being a faithful adaption, but its watchable and kept me entertained as a kid.
