You have to take the rating for this movie with a grain of salt. Some reviewers will definitely go out of their way to hurt the score (New York Post) due to political bias (Rupert Murdoch owns the Post).

So don't let the commenters and all that fool you, they don't care if the movie is good or if it's even true, they are here to take a shot at Michael Moore above all else.
