Patrick Dempsey is a nerd who really wants to buy this telescope so he can look at the solar system better (LOSER!). Amanda Peterson is this hot popular bitch who wears her moms HOT white leather jacket (WITH FRINGE) to party and spills red wine on it. Nerdy boy then bribes popular girl with money (so she can have her mom's amazing outfit custom cleaned) and in return she has to make him popular. So, basically the most shallow movie ever? YES!
