This sucks. A lot. It's blatantly derivative of Cannibal Holocaust, even down to the realization that the civilized people are "the real cannibals." This film stole that line nearly verbatim from Cannibal Holocaust.

Some fun gore.... and that castration scene is hilarious. SOOOOO corny. The castration in Cannibal Holocaust was really realistic... this one... was so friggin' obviously faked. You could see the tack they used to hold on the fake dick. And the chopped off dick is obviously smaller than it was before it was chopped off. Haha. Hilarious. Check it out for laughs, but if you want a good cannibal flick definitely go for Cannibal Holocaust instead.
