Review of Candy (2013) by Bbm Brokie — 09 Oct 2008
Like Trainspotting's emphasis, this drama made me cringe at the relapse in morals, and depths of despair junkies wallow in to get their next shot. This is a harrowing affair with another spectacular performance by Ledger, unintentionally leading astray his beloved, his lesser fix.
Geoffrey Rush plays a captivating biochemist gone bad.
