I love this movie. A bit like "Drugstore Cowboy", nothing is as important to an addict as the fix, even a passionate love affair. Sad to see two people ripped apart by something wholly unnecessary.

However, after being in a relationship with an alcoholic, I understand the sad path it nearly always takes.
