I understand why many ppl didnt like this film.

But you need to understand this is the typical bitter love story of a drug addict. The life of a junkie is an eternal attempt to make things better without really making them better. Move to another city, substitute one drug for another one, change jobs...

A relationship with an addict it's a complete roller-coaster that will inevitably end up in a lot of suffering.

Now imagine what it would be like if both people in the relationship are addicts.
