Truly honest. It really shows how life as a heroin addict can go from Heaven to Hell so quickly and easily. Although not entirely correct, this film has opened the eyes of many to the difficulties a heroin addict goes through. The emotion shown is amazing and hopefully it's made people realise that being a heroin addict is harder to just give up than most people think.

[I'm not a heroin addict myself, although it sounds like it. I know a lot of people who are or used to be though].
