Review of Candy (2006) by Mikael K — 01 Dec 2008

I was very excited to see this movie after reading the book, which I loved. The performances were great, but I feel like too much was left out. I know the book is always better, but I have to say that this was an especially poor job of making it into a movie.

I gave it three stars because I did like it, but I think it would have been too confusing for a person who hadn't read the book. There were a lot of things left out that would have helped explain the movie.
