As a Canadian, I found the satire of this movie hilarious. This was Michael Moore at his best before he developed his own brand of documentaries.
It was fun to see John Candy, a Canadian actor playing an American cop and hyping on all the stereotypes Americans have about Canadians!
The best scene when Dan Aykroyd as an O.P.P. officer pulls them over because the graffiti on their stolen truck isn't bilingual! LOL.
