Review of Canadian Bacon (1995) by Murder C — 21 Jan 2009
The president of the United States (Alan Alda) who's rating in the opinion polls has dropped to a new low comes up with a plan to get some popularity by trying to make it seem like Canada is a threat to the nation.
Directed by Michael Moore, "Canadian Bacon" is a pretty silly 'political' comedy with some funny moments, however not really memorable and at times might be too silly for it's own good.
Still worth seeing if you like the (later) works of Michael Moore or the late great John Candy.
