Target to tweens or fans definately. Demi Lovato is kind of cute. But HSM is much better than this one. Joe Jonas is a big headed star and is punish to go camp rock to do some soul searching. Demi is to help out with the food catering but she lie to a hotshot ego girl and 2 others (trio) in order to fit in.
Then along the way mishaps happen, her identity got exposed. The trio split up on the final day. Demi get to perform. All is well.
