Review of Cam2Cam (2014) by Roxanne R — 21 Dec 2014
The Bangkok and Thailand scenery in high definition were interesting, motivates you to start making your travel arrangements! Now as for the plot, I have to go exactly with what Dennis Harvey at Variety magazine said: " A sloppy chiller about tourists falling prey to an online stalker in Bangkok that clumsily mixes slasher, sexploitation and supernatural elements.
" It does open your eyes to the very real threat that you are no longer safe in the comfort of home by engaging in video chats with others if the others are hackers that can infiltrate your pc files and obtain your address.
The cam2cam website might be alluring to some but be careful. We have the sister of a woman killed in Bangkok visiting the country trying to discover who killed her sister and why. Upon her arrival, she gets to know the other tenants of the place her sister used to live (mostly students abroad) and is invited to check out Cam2Cam, an adult website that delivers anything you desire in terms of sexual pleasure.
The plot goes from there. The ending is ambiguous but I do recommend it since you can stream it from Netflix so enjoy the ride!
