A good premise/idea for a movie, but the way it was portrayed was sorely lacking.
The characters were all too bizarre/stupid to identify with, and the pacing of the film left me bored: too slow/not enough tension. Did we really need to see the dog's throat slit? Did we really need to see the bullet graphically shot? If we hear.
A gunshot we can imagine what happened.... Brendan Gleeson and Chris O'Dowd are decent actors, but more depth to their characters was needed.
