Good, moving performances from all involved especially Gleeson. The scripting was well done with some witty bits among the more serious matters that the plot aims at. I should really give this film four stars but I found the ending left me with a bad feeling.

I couldn't get this film out of my brain for weeks after I watched it. It lingered on like some nightmare PTSD flashback. I found it very unsettling and depressing. It robbed me of a sense of hope in humanity and a belief that good can redeem evil.

I wouldn't wish to see it again.
