Review of Call Me by Your Name (2017) by Ajgseries — 29 Dec 2017
It is a very well directed film. The movie is just so real, Timothée Chalamet and Armie Hammer have an unequaled chemistry. They build a relationship in a wonderful way, and I think it's also due to the script… IT’S AMAZING.
They do not rush to present you the beautiful connection between Elio and Oliver, there's definitely a very interesting development. The Italy of 1980 certainly gives a romantic atmosphere to the movie.
There are certain things that I didn’t like, the cinematography for example. I feel it is very simple, it could have been better. But in general I think it’s an amazing coming-of-age film.
