Langurous to a fault. "Call Me By Your Name" captures the erotic non-verbal nuances of flirtation and first love with two capable and exceedingly good looking actors but two plus hours of "Under The Tuscan Gay Sun" could have benefited from a scoach of editing.
Pretty too look, it doles out its emotional hooks slowly, but never entirely truly. Many films struggle to nail an ending...this one does, improbably, but emotionally true.
