Yet another coming of age movie with a young guy having his first gay sex with an older man. Nothing new or original about it othe than the setting. It was much too long. There were some completely unnecessary scenes that could have been left out and too many long lingering shots that could have been shortened.
When the two leads were interacting it was very interesting but the subtle flirtations leading to the we're going to do it then we're not then we are dragged on much too long. The scene with the father at the end was beautiful.
The ending was contrived. They could have easily cut a half an hour out of it and it would have helped with the pace a lot.
