Review of Call Me by Your Name (2017) by Daniel J — 02 Feb 2018
Call me by your name is an excellent example of Narcissism by Proxy. An exploitation piece to profit off psychological problems in and by pop culture. The problem of homosexuals trying to pretend their brand of intimacy is scientifically supported, its not.
The lifestyle choice has more dire health consequences than smoking and drug abuse. Even psychologically the bizarre narcissism by proxy gives the appearance of disturbed emotions at the very least. I hope they get the help they need .
.. I get that you have been conditioned by years of watching gay relationships on sitcoms and in the news and such to think its normal. Understand the news and entertainment industries do not and should not instruct people how to live.
Their motivations are purely revenue based. They get the advertising money/views for sensational stories and garner the support of high spending gay couples who spend more than heterosexuals. They will produce what ever gets the view$ i.
E Kardashians.
