Review of Call Me by Your Name (2017) by Carol K — 13 May 2018
Going in, I was ignorant of what this movie was about and was only expecting an artsy film, but upon watching it I find out it's an artsy film... that fetishizes something as disgusting as ephebophilia in order to try to make it look acceptable and promotes sex acts that can lead to UTIs and yeast infections.
Upon then, I left the theater and I would not recommend this movie. I think I'll be seeing "Love, Simon" instead. The one star is for its "artsiness".
