Review of Caligula (1979) by Handri S — 24 Jul 2010
Tinto Brass misfires massively with this enormous piece of trash that is filled with huge stars and a pretty large budget. Caligula is shown from his youth, to his rise to power, and into his loss of reality and power.
Not one of the stars looked like they cared about anything in the film besides their paychecks, as for Brass it seems like he didn't care about the film at all or he was just out of his realm. Stick to the erotic comedies Brass!
