With an all star cast, this film was produced/ Directed by none other than Penthouse Magazine's Bob Guccione...
Helen Mirren is incredible so young and beautiful, and Malcolm McDowell plays his role to a t. as we know of historical fact Caligula was a narcissistic, psychotic, sociopathic, murderous, sex deviant, oh and the plot is not so surprising here given the circumstances involved.
