Review of Café Society (2016) by Spencer K — 13 Sep 2016

I was pulled into the wonderful and gorgeous world of Café Society. I felt as if I was in the 1930's with these wonderful characters. it's visuals are incredibly aesthetically pleasing and just the overall look of the films was absolutely stunning. the performances are all great from every single member of the cast. Jesse Eisenberg, Steve Carrell and even Kristen Stewart was good (yes, really.) it was a tad bit predictable at times, but it's incredibly charming, entertaining, pleasant, sweet natured and a wonderfully enthralling look at the 1930's. it's very well written, and so many props go to Woody Allen for crafting this beautiful vision of the 1930's and presenting it wonderfully on the screen. I fell in love with the world of Café Society and was pulled into it and you should too.
