Unusually high visual standard for Allen, even by the standards of his period pieces, but otherwise it's all a bit samey with all the hallmarks present; age inappropriate relationships, a dorky Woody substitute, and a prostitute with a heart of gold (an underrated and underused Anna Camp).
Alright, but not doing anything for anyone involved.
