The birth of Rock and Roll was said ti have created from the blues...Without Etta Fitzgerald, Chuck Berry, Muddy Waters, Little Walter...just to name a few...there wouldn't have been Elvis, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin.
...are just to name a few...this is their story with Leonard Chess as the manager of Chess Records. What a good story...see it if you are interested.
