Review of Cadillac Records (2008) by Jordan W — 21 Mar 2009
A good little history behind some of the greats in the Rock N Roll, Soul, and R&B world that crossed over in a segregated America in the 50s with the birth of Chess Records AKA Cadillac Records. Outstanding performances by Adrian Brody as Leonard Chess helping develop and produce acts like Muddy Waters (Jeffrey Wright), Chuck Berry (Mos Def), and Etta James (Beyonce) made this a soulful experience through some tough times to make it the success story it is now.
