No, Cadillac Records is not very original. It does however have a fabulous soundtrack and beautiful music. It keeps you entertained, and in my case, introduced me to some legendary artists that I was not that familiar with.
Of course, everyone knows who Etta James, Muddy Waters and Chuck Berry are, but the lessor known artists like Howlin Wolf and Little Walter were a surprise. Good movie, will definitely watch again.
