Review of Cadillac Records (2008) by Lisa H — 07 Jul 2010
Another Epic movie with history and rights of all humans back in the 50's, Brody plays again another decent roll as a club owner who sets up Chess Records studios, one of the best there was back in the day.
Another fine performance was from Columbus Short as Little Walter, showing not only can he do chic flicks but something on the serious side, Beyonce was phenominal as Etta James, showing her true performance in this all star rythm and blues film, with a lot of soul and a lot of rock and roll.
