A dramatic story telling about music industry in America. The rise and down of popular singers of the decade and behind the scene of the industry itself. A bit too dramatic to my taste, I was kinda expecting a movie such as Dreamgirls with its singing and dancing, maybe.

But they only have singing which is great. Beyonce is a good singer, but truly she needs to have more acting experience especially when she is playing a dramatic role.
