All of these supposed 'Experts' who break down this film by using words like 'cynical, lethargic, arrogant and smug' are EXACTLY the same type of people that this movie aims to poke fun at.
Caddyshack is absolutely hilarious; truly one of the funniest movies of all time. And FYI to all of those who have a problem with the movie jumping between a half dozen different story lines: This element, for me, is the holy grail of this film! We get to see all of these different, wacky characters interacting in ridiculous ways throughout the country club, until the grand finale when all of the main characters come together for a quite 'explosive' finish!
