Maybe I just don't get French films, for all its cleverness I nearly didn't finish watching it. The film has no real resolution, and this will likely be a source of great frustration to anyone who expect a neat ending with all loose ends tied up.

Nothing is spelled out and I guess I just wanted to be entertained. If you are after a puzzle to solve then maybe you will like this movie. Maybe it needs to be seen a few times and not after a hard day's work.

The director struck me as very pompous and overbearing as I watched the extras in an endeavour to understand the arty farty aspect.
