Review of Caché (2005) by David K — 07 Dec 2009
Upon my first viewing, I lost interest in the film very fast. The characters are cold, the plot is barely existent, and the themes were hard to grasp. However, after analyzing it in a class I had, "Cache'" is really one of the most intriguing films I've seen in a long time.
It's one that demands repeated viewings and even then, may still require the viewer to make up his or her mind about it. It's unique, and that's why I liked it, but it's certainly not for everybody.
