Review of Caché (2005) by Codie E — 12 Jan 2010
A very tense and gripping thriller detailing ideas of guilt, both personal and national, manipulation and revenge. The performances are brilliant, particularly the ever reliable Juliette Binoche. However, repeat viewings don't hold the same weight, with the mechanics behind the tension becomeing more apparent, much like the work of Alfred Hitchcock.
