While is not as good as Eli Roth's Cabin Fever, Cabin Fever 3: Patient Zero is better than most horror sequels out there, it is more viral and outbreak maximizing the settings and increasing production values and levels.
Splattering blood everywhere, good Sci-Fi aspect, with the 70's B popcorn buzz to it, the movie deserves credit!
