Review of Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever (2009) by Senor C — 14 Oct 2010
There are so many things wrong w/ Cabin Fever 2. This clocks in @ 86 minutes but there is hardly a movie here. There is an extensive animated sequence @ the beginning w/ the opening credits, the chunk of the story that takes place @ a high school (more specific prom.
.I haven't seen so much blood @ prom since Carrie) which doesn't last more then an hour I'd say & then it switches gears to a strip club (where I encountered a new trend that I hope isn't developing in movies I've been watching - extreme sugar boobie trauma), then it has another animated sequence & of course the end credits.
It really is a fucking mess. 2nd off this is like American Pie meets The Killer Virus. It's gross out humor is just fucking repugnant (that's why I never got a blow job in the washroom by a girl w/ braces & a sore on her lip).
I guess if the point of everything was just to repulse you it succeeded but it doesn't make for a good time. It's really no wonder that Ti West tried to take his name off of this & Alan Smithee the entire project.
