Review of Cabaret (1981) by Sharon L — 09 Feb 2008
Some silly preconceived notion about liza minelli made me hesitant to see this movie at first, but after I 'oh-what-the-hell-ed' it into my netflix cue, I was enthralled. I loved it. the characters were rich and three dimensional, and the way that the cabaret performances worked with the storyline or contrasted it really worked.
this movie made me want to act again. man how much fun would it be to play sally bowles!
