Review of Cabaret (1981) by Shawn A — 10 Jul 2008
The bits of story and life outside the cabaret were nice but not balanced well enough with the stage. I fell in love with the klub and could care less about the whole nazi involvement at the time. There were some very clever shots that aided intense scenes, and who can forget some of those classic music numbers.
Unforgettable and very enjoyable to say the least.
