Review of Cabaret (1981) by Ian H — 10 Jul 2008
Great songs, great performances, some great laughs; and with commentary on the rise of Nazism. The way the songs are used as part of the plot, rather than as musical interludes, I found particularly interesting; as was the increasing difference between the Bohemian world of those involved in the world of Cabaret and the changing world of Berlin outside.
