Review of Cabaret (1981) by Liz — 26 Jun 2011
Cabaret is a classicly outstanding musical that will forever stick out like a decadent nail-polish color. The acting, the music, the essence of the cabaret all make you want to get up and sing to the sky.
I love the music the most. The acting, besides Joel Grey is memorable but not as amazing as the music. Joel Grey is absolutly awe-inspiring. He can't do wrong. His voice, his dancing, everything about him screams I CAN DO ANYTHING.
Overall a must see if you want to laugh, maybe cry, sing, dance, and be yourself.
