Review of Byzantium (2013) by Alison M — 16 Aug 2014

When it comes to vampire movies, they've all been done before but this film had a slightly different take on things. The story is slow to develop but eventually takes off and I was pretty interested for all 2 hours of it.

I was more intrigued by the history of how the mother lived and died and became again as a sucriant than the current story of the daughter but I felt like all the actors/actresses played their roles well, especially Gemma Arterton.

There were enough twists to keep me captivated so overall, the movie was worth watching!
