Review of By Dawn's Early Light (1990) by Gabriel K — 27 Aug 2007
Probably the best TV movie I've ever seen, a scarily plausible spin on the threat of all-out nuclear war. If Russian-American relations keep on the way they're going right now the film's Cold War setting wouldn't even necessarily be out of date yet.
Not to mention the 'war on terror'... Powers Boothe, Martin Landau and James Earl Jones are all very good, and the ending is fantastic.
