Review of Butterfly on a Wheel (2007) by Mac H — 09 Apr 2008
It would be hard to make a below average thriller when you have Pierce Brosnan playing the calm, psychotic bad guy, but this one made a push towards the end. First 90% of the movie is generally solid and occasionally great, although not as well put together as the elite thrillers.
The last swerve felt tacked on, tried to be too smart, and it wound up hurting the film, which was looking at a 3.5 rating prior.
