Review of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969) by Cody S — 14 Aug 2009
This is without a doubt one of the best classic movies I've ever seen and probably ever will see. I don't watch that many movies that were made before the 80's very often, but I have watched this movie about 5 times. It's a great film that features two of the best actors of all time in Robert Redford and Paul Newman. The duo robbed one too many trains and that sets them off on a fast-paced journey to the tops of mountains, through towns, and many other places while trying to keep from being caught by people who are after them. For a nice subplot, the whole time, they both want the same woman.
I recommend anyone to buy this movie cause it's a timeless classic to say the least. If you haven't seen it yet, you got to. It's one adventure you won't ever forget! Note: This was my Amazon review from 2000 - I've watched the movie a few times since then and STILL love it! Not only is the action and story a joy to watch, it'll also have you rolling with its comedic parts. "1 2 3, GO! *punch!*".
