Review of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969) by Daryl R — 29 Mar 2010
I love William Goldman--see "Princess Bride"--and he did an excellent job as a screenwriter in this thoroughly entertaining tale of two true-to-life 'outlaws' in the changing old-west scenario.
Newman, Redford, and Katherine Ross nail it. ( And can you ever forget the scene with "Raindrops Keep Fallin' on my Head?).
