Unconventional buddy-Western that doesn't take itself too seriously. Instead, we get two fun, handsome heroes who argue and bumble more than they fight. The script, acting, and directing is all top-notch.

But it seemed to drag a lot, mostly because it lacked music most of the time. Whenever there was music, it was Burt Bacharach's 1970's waiting room pop. Still, lots to like, especially the quotable dialogue and chemistry between Newman and Redford.
