Review of But I'm a Cheerleader (2000) by Johanna A — 27 Mar 2010

I'd never heard of this movie before I watched it for the first time and it has quickly become one of my favourite movies. The humour is fantastic and I love that it's so absurd and ridiculous.

It's a hilarious movie and the dialog is quick and funny. Clea DuVall was absolutely perfect as Graham. As well as Cathy Moriarty. In fact, everybody in this movie was fantastic and created their own unique and wonderful characters.

Yes, some are stereotypical, but that's the point! I also liked the music that was chosen. I think it works perfectly with the whole feel and look of the movie.
