This conflation makes about as much sense as dose the battle of Aleppo or Mosul. Neither does the ideology of the fanciful white supremacist ethnic uprising make any more sense than does the Islamist Caliphate of the modern post 9/11 world.
Camera work was sufficiently claustrophobic & some of the acting convincing enough to bring off what was otherwise a preposterous proposition.
