Review of Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee (2007) by Aaron M — 11 Jun 2012
A story told from three disparate perspectives. Interesting idea poorly executed. Didn't get a chance to do anything but skim the surface of each man, Dawes, Eastman and Sitting Bull, even with the movie clocking in at over two hours.
The pacing is much too slow, and the emotional effect of the Native American's plight was diminished as a result. Worth watching, but nothing special.
